Mild to moderate abdominopelvic ascites is present.
The liver shows irregular margin and nodular parenchyma in keeping with cirrhosis. Numerous small ill-defined low enhancing masses are seen throughout the liver. Large filling defect is present at right branches of portal vein inferring thrombosis causing hepatic inhomogeneous enhancement. 
The spleen is enlarged and its cephalocaudal height measured 130mm.
Right renal collecting system and ureter are duplicated.
The prostate gland is mildly enlarged.
Degenerative changes as osteophytosis are seen at the lumbar spine.
