Though there is a fluid-fluid level within the central cyst on MRI, this lesion is not an aneurysmatic bone cyst, but an intraosseous lipoma with central cystic degeneration.

Also note the Hill-Sachs and Bankart lesions resulting from anterior shoulder dislocation.
