Can you find the cause of the patient's complaint?
Yes, multiple tiny small radiodense bilateral urolithiasis.
Is there any other findings?
Yes. Incidentally discovered clips of previous cholecystectomy, left IVC anomaly and a rounded calcified lesion related to the splenic vessels, posterior to the pancreatic body.
What imaging examination do you suggest for further work up?
Contrast enhanced CT scan peripherally with multiple enhancement phases.
Images showed multiple tiny small bilateral renal gravels which may explain the patient's complaint. Other incidental imaging findings were clips of previous cholecystectomy, left IVC anomaly, and a rounded 18 mm peripherally calcified lesion seen related to the splenic vessels and posterior aspect of the pancreatic body.
