Anterior vertebral scalloping (abdominal aortic aneurysm)

Discussion:

Vertebral scalloping is uncommon especially if anteriorly. Some entities that are associated with anterior scalloping include abdominal aortic aneurysm (as in this case), retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy and Down syndrome. CT scan with bone window is best to appreciate the findings.
