What are the causes of anterior vertebral scalloping?
Aortic aneurysm; Down syndrome; retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy.
There is change in vertebral body shape/configuration being more concave anteriorly in the L2 and L3.
Abdominal aortic aneurysm indenting the ventral aspect of the previously mentioned vertebral bodies.
