Right sided aortic arch with aberrant left subclavian artery

In this staging exam for breast cancer is possible to spot multiple bone lytic metastasis

As an incidental finding, there is a right-sided aortic arch with aberrant left subclavian artery associated with Kommerell's diverticulum. Together these findings constitute a type II right-sided aortic arch. It can rarely cause esophageal and/or tracheal compression.
