CT
Several small gallstones are seen, measuring less than 5 mm.
The right kidney located lower than normal position within the right iliac fossa. A few non-enhanced simple cortical cysts are seen in both kidneys, with maximum diameters of 20 mm.
Post-operative changes are seen due to left hemicolectomy and left sided colostomy.
Filling defect is noted within the left common and internal iliac veins inferring thrombosis. There is compression of the left common iliac vein by the overlying right common iliac artery consistent with May-Thurner syndrome.
Degenerative changes and osteophytosis are seen at the lumbar spine.
DHS inserted in proximal of left femur.
