Ultrasound image shows multiple globules of silicone appearing as small anechoic structures similar in appearance to simple breast cysts. These globules are surrounded by extensive free silicone, which appears as echogenic region associated with dirty acoustic shadowing, consistent with the characteristic “snowstorm” pattern.
