CT - Chest
Axial, coronal and sagittal reformatting post-contrast CT scan shows pulmonary veins draining via an anomalous large common trunk to the SVC. There is an enlargement of the right atrium with engorgement of the SVC and IVC and reflux of the contrast to dilated hepatic veins. Note the large ASD.
Axial CT scan (lung windows) shows hyperinflated lung and barrel-shaped thorax.
