CT
The uterus is globally enlarged by virtue of a poorly defined soft tissue mass lesion. The mass lesion shows internal hypodense fluid content with marginal heterogeneous, avidly enhancing solid soft tissue. No exophytic soft tissue growth detected. Associated engorged parametrial vasculatures.
The enlarged uterus is seen smoothly indenting the rectal segment posteriorly.
Note: A small subcutaneous cystic collection is seen at the anterior abdominal wall at the epigastric region with smudged surrounding fat planes.
