CT scout reveals a large blank area at the right iliac fossa that contains calcification and displaces the adjacent bowel. CT reveals a large right adnexal multiloculated cystic lesion that contains fat, fluid, and calcification. It displaces the adjacent bowel loops and compresses the right ureter causing hydronephrosis and delayed right renal excretion.
