What would be the expected course for a correctly positioned nasogastric tube?

The tube should follow the midline of the thorax, bisecting the carina and passing through the diaphragm in the midline (OGJ) with the tip of the tube remaining below the diaphragm.

Presentation

One month of dysphagia. Request to check placement of nasogastric tube which was replaced following upper GI endoscopy.
