Although theoretically, stability factors are similar, bilateral shoulder instability and actual documentation of recurrent dislocation related injuries in both shoulders is rare. This case shows such an occurence. Traumatic anterior dislocation of both shoulders happened alternately, atleast three times before patient came for MRI
