Both ovaries appear enlarged and show few tubular-like structures that exhibits peripheral enhancement associated with subtle surrounding fat standing and multiple subcentimetric mesenteric and para-aortic lymph nodes. There are no obvious well-formed collections.
The uterus appears bulky and compatible with the known history of adenomyosis.
The liver shows a heterogeneous abnormal enhancement pattern in the early arterial phase, representing a transient hepatic attenuation difference. However, there was no hepatic capsular enhancement or gallbladder wall thickening.
Incidental left renal peripelvic sinus cysts in its middle part.
