Presentation
Presented with emesis and leukocytosis, tachycardia and normal respiratory rate. He was born at 37 weeks and weighed 2.6 kg. It was an uncomplicated birth through spontaneous vaginal delivery with an APGAR score of 9 at 1 and 5 minutes after birth. No antenatal ultrasound was performed.
