Whar are the differentials for a gallbladder focal wall thickening?
cholecystoses (cholesterolosis or adenomyomatosis), gallbladder polyps, gallbladder carcinoma, metastases to the gallbladder (rare). Cholecystitis (acute or chronic) can, less likely, produce this appearance.
Gallbladder demonstrates small calcified stones and focal wall thickening at its fundus. The remainder of the study is unremarkable.
