CT through the orbits of a patient with known thyroid-associated orbitopathy, demonstrating enlargement of the superior, inferior and medial rectus muscles. The muscle bellies are enlarged with sparing of the tendinous insertions in the appearance of a traditional coca-cola bottle. The order of involvement can be remembered using the mnemonic I'M SLOW.
