This playlist is intended to demonstrate the typical appearances of osteoporotic vertebral fractures and some of the non-fracture deformities which may be wrongly diagnosed as vertebral fracture.
Osteoporotic vertebral fractures will almost always involve central depression of the whole of the vertebral end plate (see the Algorithm Based Qualitative method - https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s00198-004-1626-1)
