Malignant testicular tumours are broken down into 2 main groups - Seminomatous and Non Seminomatous germ cell tumours. The other key group is testicular lymphoma often differentiated by age at presentation - this is a PRIMARY lymphoma.
Biochemical markers such as AFP are useful in diagnosis.
