Check lines and tubes first. But remember to look at everything else too.
It's always worth having a good look at the lines and tubes on a chest radiograph to confirm position before checking the rest of the film.
It's also worth remembering that when checking line and tube positions, it is very easy to become complacent and miss important pathology.
