Series of cases demonstrating a variety of pathologies seen on shoulder radiograph series in predomianntly trauma settings with a couple of atraumatic cases.
Key pathologies to look for:
- Dislocations (anterior and posterior) with associated fractures (Hill-Sachs of humeral head, bony Bankart of glenoid process)
- Acromioclavicular joint disruption
- Proximal humeral fractures
- Scapula fractures
- Clavicle fractures
- Shoulder joint effusions/lipohaemarthrosis
- Lung pathology e.g. pneumothorax
