1- Axillary lymph nodes surgical levels:
Teres minor is the landmark:
- level I: lateral
- level II : posterior or Interpectoral (Rotter nodes)
- level III: medial
- Spread from I to II to III . If not follow this pattern, it is called skip metastases (uncommon)
