Abdo distension / vomiting
1-3 volvulus
4 Normal
5 careful redundant duodenal loop
6: Duodenal atresia

SOB
7: Inhaled foreign body. hyperinflation of left lower lobe with air trapping. Demonstration of lateral views
8: Aspirated pin. Not seen on lateral neck, only CXR. CT shows it in trachea

Abdo pain
9: appendicitis
10: appendicitis. US not visualised only fluid in RIF. CT scan found appendicitis. CT dual bolus technique.
11: appendicitis. Developed collections subsequently, needed to go theater

Bloody diarrhoa
12: Background CP bilateral hip dislocation and implants. Has portal venous gas and intramural gas - some kind of ischemic injury. Fasted and supportive care, but still persistent diarrhea. Improved appearances on follow up XR, did CT. CT thickened bowel. small bowel - transverse colon fistula.

Cough SOB fever
13: Right pleural effusion. follow up xr next day worsened. ultrasound shows septated pleural effusion. empyema. hypoechoic lung. - necrosis. CT shows multifocal consolidation, but RLL non enhancing lung and gas lucencies.. eventually got better. follow up residual opacities but actually still did quite well

14 preseptal cellulitis
15 Orbital cellulitis with subperiosteal abscess
16 Periorbital cellulitis with subperiosteal abscess and intracranial extension

13yo forehead swelling
17: Abscess with intracranial extension

18: pelvis osteomyelitis
19: pelvic bony infection
20: soft tissue swelling in right buttock - buttock abscess. US and MRI.

21: cerebellar stroke only seen on MRI
22: migrainous venous distension of cortial veins.

23: AVN?
