Wrist X-ray series (medical student level)

Playlist contributed by: Dr Ashwin Sharma

This playlist goes through a series of wrist X-ray cases.

The aim is to demonstrate the importance of appreciating normal wrist anatomy on XRs and using a systematic approach to go through.

If you are not familiar with the approach to wrist XRs, please have a read of one of these articles, as appropriate to your level:

Hopefully you can now appreciate some major injuries that can be seen on the Wrist xray.
Always remember , 1 - 2 - 3 for distal radius, lunate & capitate!
