Fetal MRI: normal sulcal development

Playlist contributed by Alexandra Stanislavsky

This is a collection of fetal MRI cases with normal (or near normal) cerebral appearances. It demonstrates the progression of cerebral development from 20 to 30 weeks gestation - the period when primary sulcation normally develops.

In order to recognise delayed sulcation, it is important to firstly understand the normal developmental progression, including the sulcation, lamination and biometric growth of the fetal brain.

This playlist constitutes supplementary material, provided to the registrants of "Obstetric MRI: A course and symposium", Melbourne, April 2017.
