Christine Glastonbury ◉
Christine has been an academic neuroradiologist since 2001 with a history of strong clinical collaboration with her oncologists, oncologic surgeons, and radiation oncologists.
Since 2004 she has led the imaging for the weekly head and neck tumour boards and since 2006 has been integrated in the department of Radiation Oncology to provide quality assurance evaluation of the treatment plans for all patients undergoing head and neck radiation at UCSF. She holds joint appointments in the departments of Radiation Oncology and Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery.
Her imaging expertise is not limited to head and neck cancer, as her clinical expertise has also lent itself to being an attending at the weekly neurology/neurosurgery/radiology conferences which are largely solving complex brain problems. She is a clinical educator and has a strong history of mentorship and developing the careers of trainees and junior faculty.
