Dr Mohammad Taghi Niknejad is a consultant Radiologist at the Tabesh Advanced Medical Imaging Centre in Tabriz, Iran.

After graduating from a full-time medicine program in 2004, he completed his radiology training at Tabriz University in 2014. He then undertook a Breast imaging and intervention mini-fellowship at the Cancer Institute (CI) of the Tehran University of Medical Sciences in the same year.

He obtained the European Diploma in Radiology (EDiR) in September 2024 and the European Diploma in Advanced Gastrointestinal and Abdominal Radiology (ESGAR Diploma - EDGAR) in November 2024.

He is passionate about teaching and strongly supports open-access education and e-learning.
In radiology practice, he has subspecialty interests in Body and Breast imaging and interventions.
