Nondisplaced anterior process of the calcaneus fracture. Additional avulsion type fracture arising from the anterior lateral aspect of the talar body. 

Case Discussion

This case depicts a nondisplaced anterior process of the calcaneus fracture. This fracture has been described as an avulsion type fracture that occurs when excessive inversion and plantar-flexion forces are applied to the bifurcate ligament of the foot.
