Chronic knee pain following twisting injury six months ago.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male
  • bucket handle tear of the medial meniscus with the bulk of the meniscus located laterally, adjacent to the cruciate ligaments

  • fibers discontinuity along the course of ACL related to a chronic tear

  • PCL buckling

  • minimal joint effusion
