Severe headaches

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

The non-contrast CT demonstrates hyperdense superior sagittal sinus, straight sinus, vein of Galen, sigmoid/transverse sinuses bilaterally as well as the terminal portion of the internal jugular veins. No venous hemorrhage or infarction was seen.

The postcontrast CT with CT venogram confirms the extensive venous thrombosis.
