Soft tissue density material occupying bilateral middle ear cavity without ossicular chain destruction.
Mastoid air cells are completely obliterated on both sides.
Soft tissue is also seen at the left medial external auditory canal. No adjacent bony erosion.
Case Discussion
CT finding in keeping with bilateral chronic otitis media with mastoid effusion.
No signs of bone erosion to suggest cholesteatoma.
