The middle third of the right clavicle is missing (likely resorbed) with gapping and displacement of fracture ends which are blunt and corticated. No callus formation. The last frontal radiograph is 4 years ago showing the same appearance.
Cervical spondylosis and C4-5 uncovertebral arthrosis are also noted.
Case Discussion
Appearances of atrophic fracture non-union involving the middle third of right clavicle.
