Fever and cough.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female

Multilobar and multisegmental bilateral ground‐glass opacities in both lungs, predominantly with a peripheral subpleural distribution. Ground glass opacities demonstrate superimposed interlobular and intralobular septal thickening, forming a crazy-paving pattern at the right upper lobe anterior and posterior segments.

Case Discussion

This patient had positive RT-PCR testing for COVID-19, with imaging findings consistent with COVID-19 pneumonia.
