Cutaneous fistulation of lytic large mandibular lesion

Diagnosis possible

Presentation

Left mandibular region slow growing swelling and left submandibular fistula formation.

Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Male

Large lytic lesion (6.7 x 4 x 3.6 cm) containing enhancing soft tissues and air in the right mandibular ramus and body with erupted tooth inside.

Case Discussion

Unfortunately pathologic results of the lesion are not available.

The possible diagnosis based on the radiologic features can be be dentigerous cyst, odontogenic keratocyst and less likely amelobalstoma (as not usual in this age).
