Small curvilinear venous structures in the right cerebellum converging into a larger collecting vein giving the characteristic caput medusae sign, and draining into the straight sinus.
Prominent cerebral sulci with ventriculomegaly as well as small vessels ischemic changes of the frontal subcortical white matter.
Case Discussion
MRI features of a developmental venous anomaly (incidental finding) with no associated cavernous malformation which may be seen in ~20% of cases.
