Presentation

Hand trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

There is discontinuity of the flexor pollicis longus tendon with 25 mm gap, extending from the carpal tunnel to the level of the first metacarpal bone mid diaphysis. There is edema and hemorrhage along the discontinuity.
