A superficial linear echogenic foreign body at the palmar aspect of the left distal forearm with surrounding hypoechoic well-circumscribed granuloma. No posterior acoustic shadow. No surrounding soft tissue edema or abscess.
Case Discussion
Likely a wooden foreign body granuloma due to the previous history of climbing the garden fence.
