A 35 x 45 mm large lobulated T2 hyperintense lesion in the right lobe segment VIII. The dynamic contrast-enhanced images reveal initial nodular peripheral enhancement with slow centripetal filling.

MRI appearance is typical of a hepatic hemangioma.
