Presentation

An incidental liver lesion in the right lobe on US exam.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
mri

A 35 x 45 mm large lobulated T2 hyperintense lesion in the right lobe segment VIII. The dynamic contrast-enhanced images reveal initial nodular peripheral enhancement with slow centripetal filling.
