Presentation

Left breast swelling and palpable masses on physical exam.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Female

A large breast mass with irregular margin, several satellite lesions and multiple ipsilateral axillary and retro-pectoral enlarged lymph nodes are seen on the left side.

Multiple enhancing cerebral and cerebellar masses are seen, accompanied by surrounding vasogenic edema and cause mild right to left midline shift.

Case Discussion

Large left breast mass, pathology-proven invasive ductal carcinoma, with satellite lesions,
ipsilateral axillary and retro-pectoral lymphadenopathy and multiple brain metastases.
