Morton neuroma with intermetatarsal bursitis

A fluid collection of low signal on T1WI, high signal on T2WI with peripheral enhancement is noted within the 2nd web-space (between the 2nd and 3rd metatarsal heads) with small heterogeneously enhancing mass extending beyond the intermetatarsal space which may represent a Morton neuroma. Note mild edema of the adjacent dorsal soft tissues.
Case Discussion
MRI features suggestive of an intermetatarsal bursitis with Morton neuroma.
Intermetatarsal bursitis may coexist with a Morton neuroma.
