Bilateral posterior iliac horns (Fong prongs) with flared iliac crests.

Case Discussion

These posterior iliac horns are cone-shaped osseous outgrowths that project dorsolaterally from the iliac bone. They are pathognomonic sign of Fong disease and have been observed in 80% of cases.
