Neurogenic bladder with vesicoureteral reflux

VCUG examination demonstrates a urinary bladder with a trabeculated margin and multiple urinary bladder diverticula characteristic of a neurogenic bladder.
Grade V vesicourethral reflux on the left side with severe dilatation of the left ureter and renal collecting system is also demonstrated.
In addition, degenerative changes are seen in the lumbar spine.
