Presentation

Recurrent urinary tract infections and chronic difficulty emptying the bladder.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

VCUG examination demonstrates an elongated distended urinary bladder with multiple urinary bladder diverticula characteristic of neurogenic bladder.

Grade III vesicourethral reflux on the left side is also demonstrated.
