The collagenous femoral heads are normal and symmetric. There was no subluxation or dislocation during stress maneuvers. There is greater than 50% coverage of both femoral heads. The right alpha angles measure >60 degrees bilaterally.

This is a normal hip ultrasound that was performed to assess for developmental hip dysplasia in a patient born with breech presentation.
