X-ray of left lower limb demonstrates deformed and bowed long bones with osteoporotic texture and thinned cortex, In addition, a transverse fracture noted at middle of femur diaphysis with hyperplastic callus formation.
Case Discussion
Fractures easily happened in patient with osteogenisis imperfecta, often from mild trauma or with no apparent cause.
