Osteosarcoma - distal femur

There is a large intramedullary avid heterogeneous enhancing mass located at the distal of the left femur associated with cortical breakthrough and extra osseous soft tissue extension in the lateral direction.
Case Discussion
MRI imaging is suggestive of an osteosarcoma of the distal femur, which was subsequently pathologically proven.
