Gender: Female

There is cortical break involving the mid shaft of right clavicle.

Lungs are clear.

No history of trauma.

A radiolucent osteo-destructive lesion of the mid shaft of right clavicle is noted with pathological fracture and angulation of fractured ends.

No history of trauma.
