Contrast fistulogram was performed by administering about 40 cc of contrast through a feeding tube introduced into the fistulous opening, external to the perianal opening at 12 o'clock to the anal canal. A longitudinal fistulous tract (frontal, lateral) communicates with the anal canal (frontal, lateral) causing opacification of the anal canal and rectum is demonstrated.
Case Discussion
Contrast fistulogram revealed a perianal fistula communicating with the anal canal and opacification of the rectum.
