Contrast fistulogram was performed by administering contrast through a feeding tube introduced into the fistulous opening, external to the perianal opening at 3 o'clock to the anal canal. A longitudinal fistulous tract (frontal, lateral) communicating with the rectum (frontal, lateral) is demonstrated.
Case Discussion
Contrast fistulogram revealed a left-sided perianal fistula communicating with the anal canal and opacification of the rectum.
