A 45 mm thin-walled tract starts superficially at the right perianal region and courses superiorly between internal and external anal sphincters to open into the anal canal at 11 o’clock orientation
No abscess formation.

Grade I low-type intersphincteric perianal fistula without evidence of the perianal abscess.
